Question about I-140
I applied my Perm under Company A, while PERM was in process my company is acquired by Company B. So when filing for I-140 should my lawyer file under company A or company B? Is there going to be any issue?

Successor in interest documentation should be provided by company B. Company B is I-140 petitioner
