Hello all.

I have a question. I am about to file a new I 140. I am on H1b visa. I have a wife who is on H4. My question is, does she needs to be included on th4 I140 or does she need to be included on the I485.

I actually have I 140 approved already but my attorney told me that she did not need to be included on I140 but rather on I485 application.

so this is another I140 Ia m applying.
