Iam starting new thread to track how many of EB concurrent filers are waiting for 140 approval. Basically, mine is filed in September 2005 (RD = 09/28/06, ND = 10/03/06) and still waiting for 140 approval after 7 months of waiting. Folks lets follow this format when reporting the info, that way we dont need to ask one another for case details. Just copy-paste the following info to your message.
