I got the following msg in the online status

Does this mean that my 140 is approved, it says something abt. following instructions on the notice, is this a typical msg or does my approval depend on the instructions on this notice?

"Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 31, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
