EAD to Fresh H1B Conversion

Hi All:

I need ur thoughts.
Right now my wife is working on EAD which came from my pending 485 and 140(still pending).

I want to apply a fresh H1b this year for her.Is there any way to do that.Can she apply for fresh H1 if she is on EAD.what is the procedure

Must concurrent filing be exactly on the same day? I-140 Feb 05 cases - EB2 Is the EAD issued only after approval of I 140 labor susbstitution!
