I got my labor approval and attorney is in process of applying I-140. I just want to know, where can I check the estimated I-140 wait period?

My case has been/will be applied from California and my case applied thro EB2 RIR. Can I apply I-140 in premium process?

Thanks. Yes you can do premium processing. You will get your I140 approval within 14 days of after being recd by USCIS.
