I got my labor approved. My case is an EB2 case with a priority date of 07/06/2006.
I just filed for I-140. Would that had a possibility to file for I-140 and 485 together?

Did I made a mistake by just filing 1-140? Also, now how much time would it take for me to get the EAD since my priority date is 07/06/2006.

my friend is having a priority date of 2001 eb2 waiting and says that he has to wait another 2 more years to file for i-485. You do the math for yours..

Piyush How can you file for 485 when your PD is not current?
