CSC I-140 Filed 05/09/2005, LUD 04/20/2006, Still pending
Looks like people are getting their I-140 approved much faster than my case.
My I-140 was filed on 05/09/2005,
RFE requested on 09/22/2005,
USCIS received RFE reply on 12/02/2005,
04/11/2006, inquiry sent to CSC.
04/20/2006, LUD shown on my I-140 online status without any explaination or case status update.
05/12/2006, another inquiry sent to CSC.
Anyone here has similiar situation?

If you applid 140 sub on the copy of labour instead of original labour then that takes more time.

Actually, there is one other EB3 person waiting for concurrent 140 approval. Look at the master tracker in another thread called "concurrent filed..." for this case details.
