I applied for I140, PD Aug03/EB3/RIR/CA, and one of my friends company offering me PD JAN05/EB2/RIR/CA, After I 140 approval,is it possible to switch application and file I485 with EB2(if date will current for EB2) ? I mean use old PD to apply 485 with my friends company.
