CSC to TSC concurrently filed cases: Waiting for I-485 approval
Hi folks,
Starting a thread to track all concurrently filed cases, transferred from CSC to TSC, PD current, 140 approved, and waiting for 485 approval. Am wondering if Im really the only guy around
Q: What happens if you get laid off, your 140 is approved, your 485 is pending for > 180 days. I know you can invoke AC21 portability and look for another job, but can you be without a job for a while? If yes, how long?
