My 140 was approved on 05/01/2006 after RFE responses.

Did you submitted pay stubs initially when you had filed 140?
Do you think CSC issued RFE on 140 though you had submitted "financial documents" of the company and your "pay stubs"?
Also, I have noticed that your 485 has an RFE, for 3 - years W2s.
Iam just wondering whether CSC is issuing RFEs on 140, 485 though you had submitted those documents initially when the petitions were filed?

in my case the company did not send my employment info/pay stubs etc. possibly cause they wanted me to get an RFE so that I can stay with them longer.
Then ... it is almost certain and expected RFE in your case. Correct? Because, paystubs, W2s, company financial documents are a MUST to file 140 or 485. Is yours a consulting company and you are the cash cow for them?

Actually, I was suspecting that, since you labor is quite old (PD = 2001) and thats the reason CSC wanted to confirm the financial status of your company as its been a long time.
This EB2 approval came in from CSC?
