I applied for my I-140 in September 05, I have noticed the I-140 Processing dates for nurses has not moved forward in the last three three mths and appears stuck on June 16 05.
Does any one know why this is ????

Hi. My case is also filed under CSC and it could take a loooong while before it will be approved. I dont know why Schedule A nurses is stuck on June 16 same with Adjustment of Status. I thought maybe they do not need nurses during this times. Ahehe. Of course that would not be the reason. They just have a lot of application to process, I guess, with vast amounts of people wanting to go to Ca instead. Maybe that or not. I am really frustrated right now to know that with other centers one could already have a visa in less than a year while in my or our case, it would just be the time to have our case to get approval. Whats your PD btw?

March 7 Update and dates still have not moved forward, I asked my lawyer and he just said I do not know. Strange with the so called shortage of nurses in CA how the dates have just stopped, There must be a logical reason ???
