MTR for I140/485

We have just filed the MTR for I140/485 . Does anybody else did this before ? Please share you exprience here.

Below is my case summary. Denial reason You have been out of status / worked without authorization for more than 180 days . Lawyer thinks its mistake on CIS side since I always had either H1 or EAD.

How long did it take for your MTR ?

Did you or your lawyer request any expediate ? Was it through any liasion lawyer may have with CIS ?

May2003 - LC substitute in EB3 category . LC cutoff date is Feb1999. May2003- 140/485 concurrent filing.
Feb2004 - 140 approved
Nov2004- RFE missing medicals.
Jul2005- 3rd. EAD/AP
Jan2006- 2nd. FP
Feb2006- Denied
Feb28 2006- MTR

Received RFE! The story so far: This case has been approved! +RFE Changing Jobs before I-140 Approval 140 Approved!! RD OCT 22 EB3 Can this be USCIS is going to approve both 140 and 485?
