I140 Premium processing and I485 questions

What is the advantages of filing for I-140 with premium processing while filing for I-485 concurrently. My lawyer says it does not make the I-485 any faster.

Another issue is that I may have leave the company who is filing for me within the month due to circumstances beyond my controls and my H1b visa expires in Jan 2012.

Do you recommend I file I-140 under regular processing and will my new employer have to refile, thats if I get a job before Jan.

this is my first time on this forum. I recently applied for EB1 (b). My EOD was approved but my I-485 was denied. At the same time I have a O-1 visa which expires in June 2012. The question is: does the I-485 denial affect my O-1 visa now and in the future (the extension). Can I reapply for green card? Thank you.
