Hi All,

I have applied for requesting I-140 with G-639 application in FOIA. I have applied it on 5/31/2011 and my I-140 was approved during May-2009. As my I-140 is approved since long time back, just doubting the possibility of getting a copy of it with FOIA process. I heard some places that USCIS may archive the old files. Just wanted to check if any one experienced any issue in this.
