Anybody experienctd this problem?
My story:
Apr. 2010 submitted I-140, case no. SRC1012345
Jul. 2010 asked for RFE
Aug. 2010 I-140 denied due to no response of RFE
Nov. 2010 refile I-140, case no. SRC1167890
Jun. 2011 asked for RFE
Jul. 2011 submitted RFE
Today, I received the receipt notice from USCIS, the un-believable thing is, the receipt number is SRC1012345, which was my pervious denied case.
How come the closed case should be updated the status as "RFE Review"???
