Applying for EAD while I-140 denial appeal is pending
Greetings!
My I-140 got denied twice after which Ive filed an appeal. If my priority date is current, can I apply for I-485, EAD, etc. while my I-140 appeal is still pending with the USCIS?
I would really appreciate any help in this regard.

Why did you get a denial at first place? Also, how long did it take for them to respond your appeal?
