My 6th year H1B valid up to 30th Sep.2011. My Employer filed for extension for another 3 years as I140 approved and now waiting on H1B approval. We did not file it under premium processing.
My Driver license is expiring on 30th Sep too. Any one know how we can get Driver License (DMV) extension, in case H1B approval is delayed.
