Hi ,
I have a 140 approved from a future green card consulting company which i have never worked with and have a pd date FEB2009.
My current fulltime employer(PERM JAN2011) is planning to apply for my 140, two questions i have
1) can i use this Jan2009 PD date with the current full time employer
2) What if my consulting company withdraws the FEB2009 dated 140 , will i run into trouble,

Risk factor that i have:- (i have never worked with consulting 140 GC company and this consulting is forcing me to join them , and if this future employer senses that i am applying for GC with fulltime company he will try withdrawing), he might even withdraw 140 before my fulltime company applies for 140.
