I 140 education requirements.
Hi there,
I have an RFE. with reference to proof of high school diploma or equivalent as required by the approved labor certification. I left high school in 1967 and have no documentation. My high school was closed in 1974 and became a comprehensive school from that date on.No information is available from the school or the local education authority since files are only kept for 10 years. I have 40+ years experience in my profession. Is there anything I can do?

If you are applying for an employment-based Green Card in the second or third preference, you will need to submit evidence that you have the education required to perform the job being offered to you by your U.S. employer. The educational requirements for the offered job will be listed on your approved Labor Certification (Form 9089).
