I140 and 3 year degree

Dear All,
First of all thank you for reading into this.
Here is my situation:
Completed 3 year B.Com from Delhi University from 2001-2004 II DV
Completed GNIIT from NIIT from 2001 - 2005
Started working from Aug 2003 till June 2007 in INDIA in IT
US Work Exp - June 2007 - present in IT
I suspect that once I reach to I140 filing I will get a denial or RFE based on 3 year degree to not Eqv. to US 4 year Bach degree.
Has anybody faced this problem?
Is yes then what would you think I should do?
GC Process hasnt started yet not even PERM but I was searching online and saw this problem similar to my situation.
Please help.
