Here is the situation:

H-1B 6th Year Completed: 02/22/2011
H-1B 3yr Extension approved and notice received

Green Card Priority Date: 30/06/2009
I-140 application Date : 30/06/2010
I-140 Approval : 28/01/2011

I have received a better job offer.

With the above details. My questions are as below:
1. Can my prospective employer apply for transfer of my H-1B immediately?
2. What will happen to my H-1B if the I-140 is revoked by my current employer?
3. What will happen to my H-1B after transfer to new employer, if the I-140 is revoked by my current employer?
4. Are there any other risks that I need to consider?

Any light on these questions is welcome.
