Immigration Site

Hi All

I have see lot of posts saying that we can e-mail I-140 (EB10EA or NIW). However, I noticed on USCIS site for Instructions for Electronically Filing Form I-140 (under purpose of form) that "This form is filed on behalf of an alien, and not by the alien."

That means if we are filing on our own, we can use e-filing facility. Please correct me if I am wrong.
