EAD and job partnershipI am a physician, currently on H1 B. I would be joining a group who is sponsoring my H1b and they would be filing for my labor certification soon. I wanted to know that if my I-140 is approved and I go on EAD status, can I at that stage become partner in the same group or do I have to wait till I actually get a green card?
