I am H1B holder from non profit and will change to profit firm.
I have an approved EB-3 I-140 and already in H1 B 7th years extension. Currently not filling yet I-485 due to queue. My questions are:
1) Any special requirement to switch to H1 B profit other than annual cap?
2) I want to persuade my old employers to not revoke I-140, is there any legal binding to old employers in the future?
3) What if suddenly my old employer decide to revoke after my H1 B approved for new employers? Any issue with my H1-B status?
