Hi,

I am planning to file my I-140 on EB1 and leave the US. Is there a time limit by which I need to file I-485 after my I-140 gets approved. In other words does I-140 get expired?

Can I come back to US after 2 years and file the I-485?

I am not planning for Consular Processing.
