General I-140 Concurrent vs. Non-Concurrent Filing

Concurrent vs. Non-Concurrent Filing

I have two quick questions.

1. If youre filing an I-140 in a category thats "Current" and you file your I-140/I-485 concurrently, and your I-140 is rejected for whatever reason, do you still have to pay the I-485 filing fee?

2. One of the pieces of required evidence for the I-485 is the "Employment Letter" verifying the availability of the job. Is that required with concurrent, as there will be evidence about the job already submitted for the I-140.
