Hi all,

I have a urgent question to ask. Here is my situation.

140 approved and 485 hasnt been filed (not current and wont be current for a long while). Another department of my company has an opening of a better position and I took the job. Now the after math, I would have to amend my h1b, correct? What about the approved 140? Is there anyway that I can keep my priority date?
