Re: Mistakenly I-140 Approved in EB3 instead of EB2

Please help. You advice would be highly appreciated.

This happened with my old employer. My I-140 is approved under EB3 category instead of EB2, by that time we have realized this, we moved to new employer.

Past 15 months, my old employer is trying to resolve this issue with USCIS and no luck. Now management has changed at Old Employers place and they do not want to deal with this issue any more.

My PD is in Nov -2006 and my labor approved in EB2 category. I have got EAD couple of years ago.

What all the options, I have now to get my I-140 issue resolved? Please reply and advice me soon.

Can i use previous company LC & I-140 Chances of I-140 Denial Consular Processing or Adjustmant Of status 140 and 1485 question. I-94 and advance payrole	Whats next after I140 Possible to file I-140 and I-485 with EB category different from LC? AP send to local office - what does it mean? good, bad, ugly? Switching from denied I-140 to H1 RFE on I-140. Company ability to pay. Please advice!!!!!
