My PD(Mar2005) is current now and I applied for 485 on Jul 1. But the PD on my approved I140 was misprinted as Dec2008 and my 485 was rejected saying PD is not current. I did not see this misprint until the rejection, please advice as to how quickly this can be resolved so that I can still file my 485 before the PD retrogress.
Has nyone else had this issue, can I file again showing them the Labor certification showing them the correct PD? Will they accept it, or what is the fastest solution?
