Hi,
Company A had filed my green card under EB 3 in october 2007. I received I-140 approval notice in december 2008 but there was an error in it. My PD was mentioned as October 2008 instead of October 2007. Company A has been trying to contact USCIS in this regard but there has been no response from USCIS. Now I want to change to company B. Company Bs attorney says that he needs a signed G28 form from Company As attorney to follow up on this matter. Has anyone ever gone through this before-should i ask company A about G-28 and is it required??pls reply
