Hi,

My mother applied for I-140 and it was approved and and I-485 was in pending. I as a dependant child(now im 23) at the time she applied am also in I-485 pending. we both have EAD until May 2011
Recently, USCIS revoked my mothers i-140 saying "can not determine petitioner has met its required burden of proof." They gave us an option of filing I-290B within 15 days. In the mean time(years of waiting up to this process) I graduated from college (had f1 visa till this may, now my visa is gone and I am on i-485 pending status) and was appling/interviewing with companies with EAD

questions,
1. how likely will USCIS recosider the case?
2. if uscis finally reject i-140 after our appeal, is i-485 terminated as well and we go out of status? or can i still work since i have EAD?
