I want to know if it is possible for me to port the priority date from an earlier approved 140

Below is my situation:

I have an I140 approved under EB3 (at that time I had less than 5 years of experience) with priority date of Feb 2008 .This was done when I was working for employer A under L1B visa.

I dont have the copy of approval notice for I140 and labor as the employer refused to share it with me - but I have the I140 receipt number provided by the employer using which I am able to check the UCIS website that the 140 is approved.

Now I have joined employer B on H1 visa I would like to know if employer B starts the Green Card processing under EB2


Things I wnat to know :

1. Is there any way for me to reuse the old priority date.
1. Is there any process to get a copy of the 140 approval notice from UCIS
2. The I140 was approved on Jan 6 2009 but I resigned from the employer A on Dec 25 2008 - Will this have any impact on porting the priority date.
