my name is ravi.I am working & living in italy. My birth took place in tiruchi(tamil nadu).At present both my parents are not alive.I do not have rationcard,voters identity because i am residing out side india for the past of 15 years.I am having xth & xiith marksheet,T.C,& passport only.
One of my friend in tiruchi went to tiruchi corporation to enquire about the possibility of obtaining B.C.
First thing the birth was not registerd with the corporation.Second thing they asked for the adress proof at the time of birth,which i do not have & It is impossible because i am already aged about 48.
In this regard i am asking somebody to help.

Did you approach the nearest Indian consulate to figure out if they can issue you any document in lieu of your BC?
