EB3 to EB2 I140 Approved Priority date

Hi,

I have approved I-140 in EB3 and 485 pending from Employer A. My Priority date is Jan 2005.

I switched jobs and my current employer applied for my GC. Got PERM and I-140 (Premium processing) approved. In I-140 application, my lawyer requested to transfer my previous priority date to the most recent EB2 I-140. However, USCIS has given a new priority date.

Can this be corrected?
