I got my 3rd labor approved with the option of Any foreign degree with experience will be accepted and treated as US bachleors degree.

Now when i apply the 140, should i file it under professional or skilled labor?

Here is the definition in 140
(A professional (at a minimum, possessing a bachelors degree or a foreign degree
equivalent to a U.S. bachelors degree)

f. A skilled worker (requiring at least two years of specialized training or experience)

Please help me, this time i dont want this to go wrong.

Green card color is same if its coming through professional or skilled worker.

Skilled labor seems to be more easily approved. Results for you are the same.
