EB-1 (EA) Artist Petition
Hi! I have been reading the various threads here in this site especially the ones that discusses the EB1 cases. however, i havent really read any discussions about any artists who applied this year who has been approved. I am an artist as well and have applied for the EB1 category. I am hoping to hear from fellow artists who have applied. Seems like most people here are scientists, medical doctors and engineers.
Second, I want to hear from anybody re: the current processing time for EB1 cases.
Third, how long does is usually take for somebody to receive a receipt notice? I filed it the traditional way thru my lawyer. He sent it on overnight delivery.
