First of all, I would like to thank friends here to answer my questions. I should treat you a dinner when my case is approved. I got some technique problem for packing up. 1) Should I punch holes in all documents, including precious recommendation letters? 2) Whats the url for the holes positions in INS? 3) Do you use one side or two side copies? One of my referee has a 50 page CV. 4) Do you use one envelope to pack all your documents? I am thinking to use a box to hold my 200 page documents. Thanks or the help.

Ive made about six folders, each for one category of evidence under EB-1 statutes (no punch holes). For each folder, Ive put the docs in numbered by pencil, with the list of contents affixed to the folder front page. The petition letter and I-485 were placed on top of the stack of folders, and everything went inside another huge folder.

Should we staple the documents in one category? I intended to do this, but I am worried they need to make a copy.

I like this method. Very organized. My own petition was put into an ACCO folder with holes. They had the whole petition at my CPIV interview. Everything had been taken apart and all the sheets were loose. The INS guy at the border who processed me was mildly disapproving of the fact that my visa package was in two thick envelopes. Brian.
