Hi All
I have applied for EB1 in jan 2010. TSC received RFE response in 05/2010. Case status check shows RFE response review. Is it good or bad that USCIS is taking such a long time?.
My lawyer advised against contacting USCIS as it would essentially mean to speed up and be kind in their judgment. I am kind of tired of waiting, any advise or thoughts as to why TSC is taking long time? ( typical processing time is 4 months). Any one else in similar situaton?

Which EB1 sub-category is it?
Some cases (and case types) are harder than others to get through. If they give all of the same type to the same officers to decide, well, thicker files just take longer to get through and a big pile of big files takes a bit longer to get through..........
If its taking long, they probably are having doubts on EB-1 eligibility, get mentally prepared to get moved to EB-2 and if It happens for you in EB-1, then good for you, at this time the only thing you can do is wait.
I have seen well qualified EB-1 go through in less than 30 days.
