EB1C vs. L1A
Hello members,
Im an US employee (as a manager) of multinational company and been to Canada on a rotation for more than 20 months. Im just completed one year now. Can you advice me on the following options below?
option 1: wait until returning to the US on L1A and then apply for EB1c.
Option 2: Apply for EB1c now from Canada.

It should be "wait until returning to the US on L1A and then apply for EB1c"
For EB1C application, you must be a Manager or Executive in US company with L-1A visa, not in Canada, also you must be coming to the U.S. to work in an executive or managerial capacity. see http://www.greencardapply.com/manager/mang_qualify.htm
