Hi..I have been working in the US for almost 3.5 years on H1B (non technical)...Hospitality Industry (Event & Convention Management) and have an excellent rapport with my employer.
I have a 3 yr Bachelors (BA) degree from India and a 3 year diploma in hotel management (also from India).
I wanted to know if I am eligible for a employer sponsored green card...If yes then what category. All help is greatly appreciated.
