EB1A Credentials evaluation

Hello Everybody,
I am new to this forum and I am in the process of applying for my I-140 EB1-EA. I would really appreciate if you can let me know if my credentials are good enough for EB1A. I will be applying to TSC.

1) I completed my Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences from one of the top 10 schools in U.S in January 2010 and started working as a scientific reviewer (staff fellow) for U.S. Federal agency, FDA (Food and Drug Administration)

3) Currently Iam on my H-1B sponsored by FDA.

4) I have 10 publications, out of which I am the first author for 6 of them.

5) I have around 17 citations. One of my paper which was published in 2010 in a top journal in our field was one of the most viewed paper.

6) I have more than 15 abstracts presented at various conferences.

7) I am a reviewer for several journals but have reviewed 2 papers so far.

8) I am an International Scientific Advisory Board Member for one of the Journal

9) Editor-in-Chief for a journal

12) Have few awards at univeristy level and a best poster award at a national meeting.

All your help is greatly appreciated

I have a suggestion. Since you works for a Fed agency why dont you try EB1-OR. Since you are in FDA it must be a sure shot.

You may also try EB2-niw, if your EB1 petitions get denied then you may atleast have that. Your current employment should make it like peanuts.

Since I work for a federal agency, they are not willing to sponsor for permanent residency. Even I thought of applying eb2 niw as a back up, but since I am from a retrogressed country do you think that would be helpful.

If you get NIW approved you can renew your h-1 indefinitely (I think). But youd have difficulties travelling outside US.

That means youll have some status. But in the time period between the petition and AOS, youll not have same privilages as a PR (like changing jobs at wil ,go to school, buying a house ). Lot of people posting here have undergone the same long agony. They can give you advice.

I am telling you to apply by niw because something is better than nothing, right.
