Hi all,

- I am planning to self petition under NIW and am a bit confused about this ETA-9089 / ETA-750b form. Which form should I include in the application package ETA-9089 OR ETA-750b ? or is it both ETA-9089 AND ETA-750b ?

- Does the time I spent working on my Ph.D. and M.Sc. as a research associate count towards the number of years of employment?

- I am thinking of the concurrent filing option. In cases where a document is mentioned in both forms, should I submit in duplicates or is a single copy enough for both forms?

You should use ETA-750b for NIW. The form ETA-9089 is for labor certification case.

If you did research other then your degree work, it can be count towards the number of years of employment.
