kindly reply - EB1-EA or EB2-NIW green card?

Hi,

I am in my 4th year of H1 b visa. I am an MD from india. Currently, I am doing full time research and am an instructor (junior faculty) in dept of radiology at Ivy league school.
I also have a masters in genetics from a US university.
I have 18 papers (6 first author; 12 research paper; 6 review articles)
1 book chapters. I grant application pending.
Reviewer for more than 10 journals (revived more than 20 articles)
I am also a co-editor of a book in radiology.
Can get letters from more than 10 top class professors around the world.

I wish to know my chances of getting the EB1-EA and EB2-NIW green card.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot,

Adi

dont settle for anything less than eb1. I think you do stand a good chance here. You can actually apply eb1-or

you have good chances with EB1-EA, but of course IO can be harsh and issue RFE for contribution to the field (if your citations are high, then probably you wouldnt have that problem) .... If I were you, I woulda gone for all three EB1-EA, EB2-NIW, and EB1-OR (in that order)

thanks a lot! My citation are around 90 and I also have three national level awards which I forgot to mention before. Thanks a lot for your replies. Kidnly let me know a good lawyer if you know one. Thank you again. God bless. Adi
