Hi, I filed my NIW EB-2 application in late Jan. at TSC. My EAD and AP have been approved. I am now hearing rumors that 2010 is pretty bad for NIW approvals and many are RFEd or getting denied. Is there any basis for these rumors? Any input will be appreciated.

Have not heard anything regarding new approvals/RFEs.
Could not find anything on-line either. As far as I could see, the rates are all normal (this is only my opinion based on limited cases provided in trackitt)
