I was wondering how you would do this. My EB1/NIW was filed in Sep 09, RFE Dec 09 and no response so far- I have until Feb 22 for the 60 days after RFE. Someone suggested getting a senators office to help, but how would I get this done? Can I just approach the office myself? Should I email them my CV? How would I phrase the question? I am a physician informatician and my future job will be working with healthcare quality improvement and health information systems- important to the healthcare reform debate.....
What would you like the senator to do? from your post it seems that USCIS still has a month to reply to your RFE and therefore they are not doing something wrong.
