My account in USCIS website has been locked for the reasons I have tried with invalid passwd several times. To get a passwd, it is asking me to enter answer for secret question which I forgot.

Can anyone tell me which number or email I should contact to get my account unlocked.

Thanks in advance. Create a new account and add your case numbers there..

It does not allow me to create a new account with same email id.

WIll not be a problem if I create a new account with new email id ?

Ofcourse, you can create new account at any time. If there is multiple accounts, they may delete previous accounts. Dont worry.....those are trivial matters
