My RIR LC FROM DALLAS BPC with PD OF NOV/2004 JUST GOT APPROVED . NOW MY SITUATION IS -

I HAVE MY PERM APPROVED ON MARCH/2006 AND I ALREADY APPLIED FOR I 140 ( RD 07/2006 ) WITH REQUEST TO INTERFILE it with my pending I 140/ 485 from NIW with pd of oct/ 2005 in NSC.

Now should I apply for another I 140 , since RIR had old PD? I am not from india.

Does I 140 receipt date play any role in GC process ?

Pls help me with some advice

I am also in same situation. my lawyer told me its not a problem. But check with ur lawyer that do you need to specify about ur previous 140
receipt & its details in ur new 140 application form. if so will that impact both 140s >
