Hi,

I submitted my I-140 EB2/NIW to NSC in June, and got a Receipt No. LIN-06-XXX-XXXXX. Does this mean my petition will stay in NSC (will not be transfered to TSC)? I heard that its harder to get an approval by NSC than TSC. So I wish my case could be transfered out to TSC...
