Concurrent Filing
Is this true that from April 2006 we can file concurrently I140 and I 485 to Nebraska service center even without any visa number availability? or i am misunderstanding some thing? I am very new to this forum. Please let me know what is this about? This is my first posting. Thanks in advance for any explanation.

I dont believe thats true..You can only do concurrent filing if your priority dates are current.
